Khodrocar - Naser Fotourehchian, Marketing Manager at Arian Diesel, has announced the company’s strategic plan to introduce a new 3.8-ton JAC light-duty truck as part of its 2025 product development roadmap. Alongside this, the company is also preparing to launch a 19-ton heavy-duty truck in the domestic market.

Highlighting the company’s market-driven approach, Fotourehchian emphasized that product selection, development, and market entry strategies at Arian Diesel are firmly based on in-depth market research and customer feedback. “Last year, we conducted a comprehensive needs assessment among 1,000 commercial vehicle customers. This year, we are expanding that reach to 2,000 customers to further align our offerings with market demands,” he noted.

Mobile After-Sales Services with JAC Roadside Assistance Trucks

In another part of his remarks, Fotourehchian introduced Arian Diesel’s specially equipped JAC roadside assistance trucks, designed to serve as mobile after-sales service units. “Each unit is equipped with over 1.5 billion tomans (approximately $30,000–$40,000 USD) worth of tools and parts, enabling full-service support for JAC truck owners across the country,” he explained.

Currently, Arian Diesel operates its emergency service fleet in five regions across Iran, with plans to expand coverage to nine locations by the end of the Persian year 1404 (March 2026), aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen its after-sales service infrastructure.
